Absolutely wonderful practice, all the staff are so welcoming. Friendly receptionists yet remain professional. The young Dentist I see is first class as is his Dental Nurse. Thank you for all you do.
I have been with this practice for eighteen months and the service has been excellent from start to finish. The receptionists have been polite and efficient and the dentist is very gentle and considerate. Thank you.
Alwful, very rude staff, not good with kids got no empathy at all. My daugther was crying in pain and the dentist was tutting and rolling her eyes. The dental nurse wasn't much better. No bye, no information of when to return. Attually walked out and called another dentist and moved both my children after attending the appointment. Will be reporting to Pals as definitely not follow their workplace values.
Last Sunday evening I lost a cap from one of my back teeth. I rang Stretton Dental Practice first thing Monday morning, hoping they would be able to fit me in in the coming week for a repair. I was given an appointment for the same day and had the cap repaired in a very tricky process by a skilled young lady. By 2.45pm my tooth was repaired. How about that for service? Thank you so much.

I'm 44yrs of age, ive been going here since I was 11yrs old, and got to say that Mr Abbas is by far the best dentist, and i'll follow him wherever he goes, my only gripe is nobody ever answers the phone, so I struggle to get an appointment or to cancel one.
My husband and I recently became patients at this practice and both became patients of Dr Mackley and have found her and her dental assistant to be very efficient and friendly ,taking the time to explain exactly what’s happening,checking at regular intervals that you are not experiencing any problems or discomfort. Making the whole experience as pleasant as possible. The general feel of the practice is very friendly including the often overworked receptionist .
oh dear, its all going around on social media about this place and I wasn't going to write the review but we listened to the recording and the staff was way out of line to attack a customer talking about his daughters case for her teeth. I hope hope the directors / owners see these and correct their way! ..... I believe an apology is in order!!! 0 stars!
I've been with this dentist for years now and they are the best! Always high standards and they and kind and efficient and I've never had a problem. Abbas is the best, he has always provided quality care and is lovely as are the receptionists! Highly reccomend!
