Top quality service always very helpful ten out of ten
I used streetcars for my MOT last year. My car unfortunately failed, but I ensured that the work needed to get the pass certificate was done in time using their recommended fabricator.
After speaking to another mechanic 11 months late, he found that street cars had failed to log the work and pass my car despite me taking it back for them to sign off. When I called to check what had happened, they seemingly couldn’t have cared less. An apology was almost even too difficult for them to offer, despite my worries about my car tax running out and not being able to renew it without the certificate. Driving around without a valid MOT for the past year is not my idea of fun, especially when I trusted them to be able to file a simple ‘pass’.
Their hap hazard advice was to just get another MOT done.
This place was recommended by a friend, had repairs done (fair prices for parts & labour) and then went along to get headlight bulb readjusted a few days later with no problem. Guys seemed friendly and will definitely return.
