In a camper van that had broken down. RAC to pick us up and drop us off, 6 hours wait for RAC. Mark the owner without, question or hesitation, waited until 2000hr (when he closed at 1730hr) to help get the van in. Then looked at it first light in the morning. Not all heroes wear capes.
Best garage in Harrogate, without a doubt. I've used these guys for donkeys years. Very honest. Always friendly and can fix anything for a fair price.
Finally found a garage that are genuine and, just ace! Got an old Clio and they’ve done loads of jobs (clutch, cam belt etc) and they just do a fantastic job all around. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you to the whole team, you’re all excellent!
I've been taking both my vehicles to Mark and his excellent team for a few years now, after a recommendation from a friend. I've only ever had prompt, professional, friendly, cheerful service from people who really know what they are doing and who I completely trust to do an excellent job.
Strayside Garage are an impeccable service! As a female I often feel taken advantage of when walking into garages, so I dread when something goes wrong with my car, however Strayside made me feel quite the opposite. Strayside managed to fit me in for an emergency radiator fitting after another garage had replaced it incorrectly and replaced it on the same day! I was talked through each process that was required to fix my car, they even showed me the damage that was within the car and explained how and why it had gone wrong. I was so impressed with Strayside’s customer service and work. Such a friendly work team who go above and beyond for each customer. I would highly recommend to everyone! I will definitely be using this garage again.
The team are simply amazing. I have always had the highest levels of service from Strayside. I’ve been taking my cars to them for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I honestly cannot rate them highly enough.
