We tried three different menu items and all three were incredible! The woman who helped us was a delight and we can’t wait to come back again. 10/10 experience and everything was very affordable.

Really tiny bakery that i walked past it loads of times while searching for it usuaing Google Maps.

I made a few attempts to visit but was always unlucky till today. And totally not disappointed. Very good price for fresh bakes

And just so you know I'm extremely fussy about my pastries. And I've lived in Berlin & Zurich (as well as visited other oarts of Germany throughout to years due to work and friends) hence i have an understanding of German bakery.

I lived in Germany for 3.5 years and I must say that this bakery is better than any that I tasted in Germany. And the service is also better than any German bakery I visited in all thise years. So happy to have (along with Guitarguitar) in an otherwise highly unimaginative Corstorphine street!

Great almond croissant and reasonably priced

Störtebäcker is a special place with delicious cakes/pastries and crispy bread that you'll want to eat with pure butter and cry with tears of happiness at the end of a long week. The lovely thing is that the owner is catering for the local community and the prices reflect that. Störtebäckerei makes me feel good about Saturday.

Just passed by this lovely bakery this afternoon and got some amazing pastries and the most tasty bread I've had in a while! What a great find, I'll keep coming back, thank you for the treat????

I went for first time as I found on the map few day ago when I was searching "bakery near me" and I bought bread, a cheese pretzel, almond croissant and a marble cake and everything was delicious, specially marble cake it's my favourite. I definitely will come back soon ????

Unbelievable cheesy pretzels and pretzel rolls! Lovely little bakery with a great selection of breads and sweet treats. The lady who runs the shop is super friendly too. Highly recommended!
