Absolutely love this place!

It’s local, it’s friendly and reasonably priced.

Russ and the team work hard and are always welcoming as you walk through the door.

The food is cooked to order so is fresh and piping hot ready to take away.

They have a full menu catering for everything you’d expect from a decent chippy.

The fish and chips are just delicious. No greasy food. Chips are done to perfection unlike many other places I’ve tried.

They accommodate for allergy’s and do gluten free certain nights of the week.

Don’t wait, get yourself down there now, you won’t be disappointed.

THE BEST FISH AND CHIPS!!

Such welcoming staff coming into the shop too, honestly the nicest fish/chips and curry sauce I've had! Absolutely delicious, wouldn't go elsewhere.

I'm relatively new to the area, and this was my first time ordering from this establishment. I can confidently say that it ranks among the top 50 fish and chips shops in the UK. The shop floor is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff is warm and courteous, and the oil used for frying is of a fresh, golden hue. The fish tasted as if it came straight from the sea. I have no doubt that I will be ordering from here again.

This fish and chip shop is our go to take away to have as a family. We got dinner from here again this evening and it did not disappoint. We always pre order to collect and the staff are really nice and friendly. The food is fresh and well cooked. I always get hallumi with my chips which is really nice but my husbands fish is too good not to steal a bit of! I would really recommend treating yourself to a meal from here!

Excellent Fish & Chips.

The fish (Cod) was lovely and fresh and really well cooked. Big portions with tasty chips.

Ordered fish & chips for collection last night (10th April 2024). Fish batter was barely cooked, very pale and the chips were dry, cardboard in texture, tasteless and barely any potato inside them, very very disappointing.

I 'used to' stop here on my way through work.

Having stopped there today 22nd of February, just before 2 PM, I ordered my usual bag of chips.

They were barely warm.

Some were stale.

But worst of all, they were mostly raw.

Having pasta al dante is fine, but not my chips.

If I hadn't already driven off I would have brought them back.

Really lovely staff, food was great. Owner really nice let me 4 y/o use the loo as we got caught short, couldn't recommend the place enough.
