Such a good pharmacy, always helping me with my prescriptions and very lovely staff. This pharmacy provides excellent service & they even delivered my medications when I couldn’t make it. 100% recommend to everyone!!!
Bad communication.
If they don't have supplies of medication in, they don't tell you at the point of receiving a request, but wait until you turn up after 3 working days from receiving GP request as per their instructions and then tell you to go and call GP and request different supplier from a different pharmacy.
This lack of communication leaves vulnerable without medication. They should say they can't honour a prescription when the prescription is first received.
Worst Pharmacy around Westbromwich.

Been going here for 45 years, since new owners took over, never been back, the place is absolutely shocking.

I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional member of staff. I was told I was wasting her time and then hung up on. I could NOT recommend this pharmacy.
Great service by the staff, they always help me with my prescriptions even when the gp doesn’t send it, they never leave me without medication, i recommend this pharmacy to everyone!!!
I am a diabetic person and ask for free test on spot refused and ask for £7 to be done.
This is my hamble request from inspection team kindly sort it out we are diabetic we need your attention not your attitude.
The owner should to think about transfer of staff the current staff need to be transfer from this shop.
This is the pharmacy I always get my repeat prescription and never had any issues with staff or service.
Today the lady assistant with glasses and blonde hair was very rude. No customer service skills at all.
Another assistant in the back told her that my medication is out of stock loudly even I heard, then she continued to serve other people in the queue without coming to tell me the medication was out of stock. I was still waiting a long while before she called me to the counter to tell me it’s out of stock. I then asked for the alternative medication that I usually have and she said that’s out of stock too without even checking herself. I then spoke to the pharmacist who was apologetic about the whole thing. Ridiculous service. If people are on repeats why don’t you order from weeks before if you know they will be back in a few weeks.
Great experience here today. Came in for a cholesterol test and even though I was early, I was accommodated by a lovely Indian lady (name starting with "N"). She talked me through the whole process and was very friendly, professional and was very forthcoming with health advice. Would recommend this pharmacy if you are looking for reasonably priced, no nonsense cholesterol testing.
