I can not recommend these guys and garage enough !!!
They have been nothing but brilliant with me!! Making me feel safe, welcome and like I’m not being screwed over !! ( being a single woman it’s scary going to any garage !!)
Mikey went above and beyond my expectations as a customer to help me deal with my cars finance company which he didn’t have to do but took the time to help me due to his belief in moral ground and standing up for my rights. ????????
When my car was in desperate need of fixing they got me in all fixed ready to go within a day,
no problems no stress or waiting for parts or hidden costs !!
Everything was explained and talked through with me.
It saddens me to see some people have had such sad experiences as I’m over the moon I’ve found a garage I trust and like so much.
Don’t let the bad Reveiws put you off !!! people love to share bad news instead of good remember but they honestly are a great garage to go to. Especially if you like straight talkers ????
I can't praise them enough! I'd trashed one of my car doors and Dave really went the extra mile to find me another one and got it resprayed. Would have cost me so much more buying a new door. As an older lady it can be a bit intimidating walking into a car workshop but they are all so friendly and welcoming, especially smiley Mikey. Very happy to recommend them to anybody.
Great service , they really looked after my wife and her car when her car suffered a cambelt failure, now they look after her replacement vehicle, great job guys.

Took my Audi A7 in with a steering fault In hopes they’d fix the problem. Instead they charged me £480 to ‘reconfigure the system’ and change a glow plug which they didn’t even do. What they did was completely unrelated to the problem which was just new rear breaks and sensors (Break pad fault was already displayed on the dash when I took the car to them). Another garage diagnosed and fixed the problem within half a day. Absolutely TERRIBLE service from the start right up until I took my car from them. No help at all. Would give them 0 stars if I could. I dealt with the owner ‘Malik’ who clearly took advantage of the fact I wasn’t clued up with what was going on. Please don’t take your car here.
Bad experience for getting works done that were not agreed upon prior. Complaint was met with very defensive staff, who insulted and accused me. Upon renegotiating the price, it still cost me more than double what I was expecting originally. They had a loss too of just over £100, which was 6x less than my share. Had the complaints approach been handled professionally, I would not have felt so sour, despite me losing out financially on works that were never agreed upon.
Terrible experience, me and my family were always polite with them but when i collected my vehical i was made out to be a liar. Avoid this place at all costs they said all was fine just the breaks needed done yet my battery light is still flashing and when i turn there is an awfull grinding noise. I now need to take it somewhere else putting delays on getting my buisness up and running !!!
