Always have problems with this branch. They don't answer the phone and if they happen to pick up all you get is "yes" in a non welcoming tone. I appreciate there are times when they will be busy but surely the basics should be adhered to. Again I am down to my last tablet on each prescription and I'm trying to ring up to ask if it's there and can I have it delivered as I'm a very limited walker.
Used to be such a friendly efficient place but not for a good while now sadly ☹️
Unfortunately this pharmacy doesn’t deserve not even one star..
I was in today to pick up my medication and 5 people were in squeezing in one square meter waiting to be attended, could hear the pharmacist saying to the assistant “wait till I finish this game”….so we are waiting and he is playing games on his mobile ????????????????????????
This is absolutely a disgusting attitude, we were in pain and waiting nice and quiet because we have to be respectful but they just did not consider us at all.
This is not just a review is mostly a complaint, every time I have to go there it takes half an hour to be attended even if no clients are in….
We will go further because this kind of service in unacceptable..
Doctors had messed up prescription again and only had sent 2 items over. Went back to the doctors and sorted it out then all sorted at pharmacy good recovery
I have used this pharmacy since it opened, but of late there has been a lot of staff turnaround. because of this the service has suffered. Sometimes rude other times apathy. So much so I am now considering moving to another pharmacy, just have to find the right one!.......Update June 2023 after 23 years of being with the pharmacy I have now left it and started using a more professional pharmacy

Very fast prescription service
Very professional and friendly. Their repeat prescription services are great, will ring me to remind me whats due, order items, collect the items from the surgery when ready then tell me its ready. Then even ask if it needs delivery to my house! How good is that? I always collect items as i would feel guilty having delivery when I'm perfectly able to collect myself. Well done for the great service over the years.

Well Pharmacy as cope really well during the past year and the staff have been excellent ???? with the COVID-19 pandemic!
As this is a small pharmacy with a lot of customers the staff have been excellent ???? turning up and getting the job done, And still keeping the same opening times 7am to 11pm. Hats ???? off to them. And thank you???? been using this pharmacy over 5 years in February
P.S the pharmacy as never been open 7am till 11pm on sundays.
Excellent family friendly pharmacy, opening times are great always open on time Sunday’s open 10am till 4pm (Sunday trading hours), Saturday 8am till 10pm & Monday through Friday 7am till 11pm. They offer a script ordering and pick up with a delivery also available.

The reviews in for well with 1 star are wrong I am a long using customer need to go there every day and they have never said or advertised that Sunday it is opening till 11pm it's alway been 10am to 4pm on Sundays ????
