Ordered poached eggs on toast with beans X2 one with tea and the other Hot chocolate. Well the toast was thin bread eggs hard with shell in it and the Hot chocolate was like water. The only thing that was half decent was the tea. Won't be going there again ????
I went for the steak pie . That was a microwave steak and kidney . Poor quality for £12. Use to be good for food . Not sure how it gets 5 stars from anyone
Nice place always stop off here on my way back down south from yorkshire. Lovely food
They do a wonderful breakfast here.
There is also a nice grassy area for dogs to walk around on.
Just a shame you can't take them inside the cafe.
Great truck stop and diner, menu quite large and a good variety on offer. Very happy with the standard of the food and pretty reasonably priced. Will use again.
Snap parking mainly flat some potholes. Facilities clean but show their age. Staff very friendly food is very overpriced and not that great.
Not enough staff. Many people waiting for food. One Cook. Orders being taken faster than food was coming out. Wait was getting longer and longer. I just walked out.
Very polite staff but the cottage pie and beans was maybe the worst plate of food I’ve had in years . It was just a swimming pool of meat and vegetables that were over microwaved with mash potatoes floating on top …. Absolutely awful
