Stephens were fantastic and experienced estate agents. Tim was instrumental in ensuring the sale went through. He was incredibly proactive with maintaining contact between buyer, seller and and the solicitors. Nothing was too much trouble and the team were always available to speak to when needed. I would definitely recommend using Stephens to sell your property.
This has been our first time buying a property. As an agent, Tim, has been very helpful. Tim, or sometimes his assistant, has always emailed back in a good amount of time. Getting a hold of him over the phone was sometimes a struggle, but we got there at the end. Tim is a friendly guy. We felt like we were informed very well. Always willing to meet us at home if need be. We had a good experience with our agent, and hope to work with him in the future. We highly recommend anyone to have meet him if you have any questions. You will not be disappointed.
Tim and his team have been excellent. They provided support and responded to our requests on the layout of the brochure for our house sale with professional and friendly efficiency. They were able to provide us with a new buyer within hours of our first attempted sale falling through (partly due to the inefficiency of a much larger agency with whom we had first placed our property). Tim in particular demonstrated local knowledge and provided sound advice in the face of sluggish lawyers/conveyancers and estate agents ensuring that not only our sale but our new purchase went through.
We have been impressed with Stephens from both a sellers' and buyers' viewpoint. Tim and Chris offer a friendly yet professional service, and have always had time to chat to us about any queries, resolving them quickly. They have taken the time also to get to know us, and the other vendors/buyers in the chain, facilitating the process so that it has been smooth and efficient. Landlords be aware that Stephens will make it as hard as they can for potential tenants. We are decent hardworking people & they slammed the metaphorical door in our face by being so obnoxious.
