Ralph and Justin are both very personable people to deal with. Ralph mentioned he had reconditioned over 200 BMW 3.0D engines in his long career. His knowledge is therefore beyond reproach. Coupled with bargain basement costs of the work done then it is no wonder there are sometimes queues of people outside his house where the work is done Paperwork can be a bit lax if you want to prove that repairs/service work have been done to the car but be forgiving and patient and you will get a log/servic e sheet/invoice eventually.
We came down from Yorkshire on holiday and our bmw diesel started underperforming. Justin was amazing, not only did he fix the problem ( a blocked DPF, he drove the car back to us as well. All at a reasonable price. 10/10
If you have a BMW don't both going to any other local garage. I've had two problems with my 2010 1 Series since I've had it. Both times I've called numerous garages who've told me the issue could be due to 100 different things. Everytime I call Stephan BMW they diagnose it successfully over the phone and do the job quicker and cheaper than anyone else.
On top of this, since I live 3 miles away they dropped me off home and picked me up when the problem was fixed.
I genuinely believe there's not a garage that has more knowledge of BMWs in the Dereham and surrounding area.
Finally I’ve found a Mechanic who actually knows about BMW’S and he diagnosed the problem straight away, saving my car from a fate worse than death when no one else could. If you’ve got a BMW you definitely need to know about this garage 5 start service all the way.
I was on holiday in thetford saying at the campsites. Were my Bmw had decided to throw a fault code. Someone at the campsites recommended him to me as he understands bmw's. He found the fault code it was the camshaft postion senor. He ordered it up on the Monday and he fitted on Tuesday morning. I found him very honest. It's not easy to find someone when you are on holiday to take a look at the car on that day without booking in. I only had four days left of my holiday before I have to travel over 170 miles back home. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
They did what other BMW "specialists" said it's impossible. Truly professionals and done a great job to my car. sorry I have no pics to upload
Very knowledgeable mechanics, sorted out a few faults with my porsche and I couldn't be happier with the results, will definitely be using for any future work. Thankyou.
