Awful, awful garage. Purchased a car from them and had an oil and coolant leak within weeks. Turned out that it needed a head gasket replacement but they refused to deal with the issue as it was past its 3 month warranty. This is despite raising the issue during that period and them withholding information about the problem from me during this time.
Very unprofessional after sales and rude secretary they are not interested in sorting out a problem with your car that you have bought from staunton cross garage ???? customer service really bad ????.
Took my car it at no notice 4.15 pm one day picked it up same time the next day mended. I could have picked it up earlier if I hadn't been working. I found the lady on the phone very friendly and helpful. I met the mechanic when I dropped the car off described the problem he pretty much diagnosed the problem then and there, again very friendly. Cost was bang on what the Internet predicted. I felt I had a great speedy friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again.
What a lovely garage run by true professionals . Carol the secretary was lovely and attended to my every need . Ian and his team did a great job and the quote for the repairs was spot on . Carol kept me informed every step of the way .

Did a fine job at a reasonable price, tried to upsell me on items my car didn't need and over torqued my wheel nuts (way over the 105NM that is recommended - I really struggled to get them undone!!).
