I was using boots for my prescriptions but found the service to be poor at best so decided to try station road pharmacy instead. This pharmacy is fantastic. They provide great service, know what they are doing and also provide free little extras like texting you when your prescription is ready. They are also very nice people to deal with who give a lovely greeting when you arrive in the shop.
After my experience using this shop my wife has now started to use them for her prescriptions.

The service I received from the pharmacist to sort out a complicated medicine change was excellent and so reassuring. He adjusted all the boxes to ensure my elderly mother-in-laws meds were correct after mistake by the GP. This pharmacy is so caring and kind.

Diabolical service. We joined this pharmacy as my dad is in the last stages of cancer. They have done nothing but mess around with his medication deliveries. He needed steroids and antibiotics and was left in pain and suffering thanks to them not delivering despite telling us it would be done 100%. We have to constantly ring and chase things up which has caused our family unnecessary stress at an already very upsetting traumatic time
