Went here couple weeks ago for a problem with my cars heating system. Charged me £150 to change a motor that i supplied. Complete rip off. Today turned my car on and the heaters aren’t working
This garage has completely ruined my car I had it in for a new clutch apparently derek put 4 clutches init an everytime I picked it back up it went again. After the 4th clutch was fitted I picked my car up an there was a massive hole in my exhaust an there was a rattling/vibration noise when the car was over 3000rpm derek said this was a wheel bearing it was completely fine before I've now had a new exhaust an the sound is still there I've litterally spent thousands at this garage an now im starting to think my car wasn't as broke as they made out an just charged me an told me what ever they want I wouldn't advise anyone to use this garage as there are better ones in the area. I will be going to trade an standards about this. An saying I've only spent 700 odd pound is a joke I've got receipts for over 800 pounds each an ill never have my car in your garage again your a mechanic you should know what your doing an I shouldn't be picking my car up with more problems then what it came in with
A honest garage. Thats something you cant say much anymore. These guys went far beyond their job. Sorted out issues that another garage had caused. Got a far superior service from start to finish. Thanks guys for all your work.
Had some welding done on my car for mot as Derek said welding done by another garage was rubbish .lt was only a year later l took it to another mot center when it failed and they put it up on a ramp and showed me his welding l was appalled how poor it was and had to be done again and l spent years welding for a Hgv garage which never had any trouble at the Ministry of Transport .lt also lasted for years. So l would not recommend.
This garage did an excellent job when performing a Service and MOT. They were very diligent in observing faults and then correcting them. In fact they fixed more than they charged for because they are honest and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will continue to use them for all my cars needs.
Engine light came on whilst I was on the motorway, called around the nearest garage to see who could see me quickly as I was driving to London to start work at a job the next day. They said they could see me quickly and try a repair, despite having other customers waiting they sorted my car out and didn’t even ask for a single penny. Absolute gentleman, highly recommended, professional job.
Excellent service, would definitely recommend station road garage,Derek was amazing at sorting my car out ,and for a woman to go to a garage and not get ripped of was a great change, Derek checked my car before actually doing work on it because it is a expensive job,and not to do work first I really appreciate it,luckily my car didn't need anything else so thank you Derek you are brilliant
