More of a Bnb than a hotel, no restaurant. Walls on the rooms were thin and could hear 2 people snoring from different rooms
Last night of our mini break at West Beach we booked a table for 3 ( 2 adults and a 10 year old) ||My daughter and I had the lasange and garlic bread, and my husband 1/2 haddock and scampi combo. Beautiful all plates we cleared. ||Nice cosy atmosphere, family friendly, great service, we will be back!
Our 3rd visit of week to celebrate daughters 40th. Food and service excellent. No problem with request for gluten free meal . Staff could nit have been nicer especially with 2 youngsters in party. Highest praise all round . It was an emotional but special week for our family and you didn't let us down
Superb stay. Group of us stayed here while walking the Moray Coastal Trail. Spacious, very clean rooms and en-suite. Staff were brilliant, felt like we were visiting a family member, well looked after. Food was also good. Would recommend a stay here.
I visited this place staying the night before a wedding.||When I arrived I was welcomed by a lovely girl and had some dinner in the bar. Simple bar food but it was really tasty and service was lovely.||The room was basic but all in good condition and the bed was very comfy.||The hotel could not have been more welcoming and kind. I asked if I could stay late in my room as the wedding I was attending was not starting till evening time. The owners kindly shifted things around to let me stay in the room till mid afternoon which they would not always have been able to do but they were so accommodating, and it was so helpful.||All staff were very lovely and I really enjoyed this relaxing stay. The hotel itself is fairly basic but for the price of £50 a night I think terrific value. Would gladly stay again.
I basically lived here for 6 months whilst working at RAF Lossiemouth 7 or 8 years ago. Hospitality was fantastic; Jimmy, Silvia and Debbie were amazing and couldn’t have asked for better proprietors, even putting up with our late night antics after a few relaxing drinks in the bar.
The meals were brilliant both in the restaurant and the bar meals also. Jimmy woke early to make our very early breakfasts and even made us packed lunch to take into work.
I stayed in the large room and found it to be the best b&b in the Lossiemouth/Hopeman area.
Great entertainment regularly and fantastic locals......even Butch!
Great place, great times and great memories
Lovely, welcoming place. After walking what seemed from landsend to John o'groats, but was actually 10 miles I needed a rest bite and somewhere to warm up and have a drink. The owners were very welcoming and more than happy to let me warm up in the corner and enjoy a couple of pints.... which also aided in easing the severe pain I was now experiencing in everyone of my ageing joints!! Thank you, just what I needed.
Had dinner and lunch here whilst in Hopeman. Really enjoyed the food and ambiance. Great Shepard's pie with various vedge. Fresh fish and great chips.Hosts were very attentive.
