Absolutely disgraceful garage. They are rudez ignorant and have no customer service. Went here with a friend to purchase a car, it had no MOT so he asked for some money to get the mot done etc my friends kindly gave him £150 to prepare the car ready for collection 2 weeks later, they did absolutely nothing to the car it was missing body parts still had no MOT stated another day to collect still wasn't ready and so on so they asked for there money back and went elsewhere. Upon asking for the money back the owner of the garage was extremely rude! Very nasty and wouldn't even let anybody speak. Never ever again will i recommend this garage to anybody it's no wonder they don't have custom and sell any of there cars. There always damaged, mouldy or just pure rude. Absolutely disgusted with customer service. And we will be taking this further.
Very friendly family business both me and my family have used them for over 40 year's 100% honest we cannot praise them high enough we give them five stars ????????????????????
Now helping my cousin take this company to court- won’t return &400 deposit even though car was damaged and she asked for return of deposit within 48 hours. No paperwork was signed off by my cousin. Garage not interested in any alternative options and now the garage no longer even has the car available to purchase.
I’m not sure about the other low reviews. But I’ve been with most of the staff buying a car over the last two days and they’ve been amazing! From the garage to the sales team. Really helpful. Very honest. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Made the mistake of making a passing interest in a car.
Part of the delightful pre sales experience, was to sit in the car and to be told in no small detail about his ear wax problems ????????
God almighty. Every phone call from Bob/Bobby/Robert Dickinson was pre-empted with "I won't pressure you" despite there being several a day until I paid a £400 cash deposit.
For which I didn't receive a receipt initially.
From then on, everything changed.
I was being "daft" for not transferring the full amount, before the repairs (which I noticed, they weren't pointed out) and the previous owner had "been quite happy to drive round with".
Instead of being thrilled, I was in tears and asked for my deposit back, less than 48 hours later.
Only to be told that wouldn't happen as he said "my time is not for nothing".
Having sent a Recorded Delivery letter within 14 days asking for my £400 back, he replied saying he wants costs for the repairs to a car I don't own, plus interest, or I'll be taken to court.
Fantastic customer service. Not.

Agreed price on a car and paid deposit, Bob came back to me asking for more money and after a load of hassle and nonsense from Bob he went back on his word and won't give my deposit back. These guys are best avoided.
The best garage ever use the staff we're the best and very professional I will use them again

Absolute conmen, do not touch this garage. We have had no end of problems with them and they are full of empty promises. If i could give 0 stars I would.
