This isn't a bad Starbucks to be fair and the service has always been reasonably quick and food / drink quality has always been ok.
As with other businesses on the Tot Hill service area it is just dragged down a little by the awful road layout and maintenance, dated parking facilities and rubbish regularly lying around the site.
It needs a long overdue redesign to breathe new life into the businesses. We've used both dine in and take away
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The food is standard Starbucks fare but well prepared and served. The drinks are what you would expect

Just what we needed on a trip up the A34. Slightly too cavernous but still, nicer than most motorway services!
A bit like a shed. Spartan echoey room, disheveled unsmiling staff, dirty toilets, leaky gutters. Not a good advertisement for Starbucks. They have lost a customer.
Standard Starbucks, but lacks atmosphere. Also, this one doesn't allow dogs like many other branches do nearby.
A very mediocre experience and not what I expect from a Starbucks. Stopped in here before travelling back to Bournemouth as it was convenient. The place was clean and inviting but the overall service let’s this place down. Staff did not seem to want to be working there, no inviting smile or welcome hello. Coffee was fine and food was nice and hot just the service which lets it down I feel.
On top of this, the WiFi was not working which became an issue when trying to access my Starbucks card for my stars. I then had to further contact Starbucks UK to have my points added onto my account.
Overall, yes a convenient Starbucks but staff could be a little bit more welcoming and provide a better service.
