Love the drinks ,service is quick unfortunately can be confusing. On collection of drinks just left no name called all mixed with other orders. The seating uncomfortable very open area can be very noisy at times. Not a relaxing atmosphere which is a shame. Most of the time tables and floor need to be cleaned always have to ask for the table to be cleaned before we can sit.
On my quest for coffee, I found this gem of a place io this lovely town. Nice and clean in new interior. Not yet had my caramal Mac, but I reckomend you bring your friends.
I loved Starbucks when I first started visiting but over time(maybe 6 months or more) a couple of things have given me the ick and I'm not sure I want to go in anymore
I'll start by saying I have used the SAME reusable cup,bought in store,every single time.something made me question the price of a coffee to drink in.on checking my activity I noticed over those months I had paid anything from £3.50 up to £4.20 for a single drink.my last visit,Saturday gone by 16th March 2024 I paid a £3.70 and a £3.75 amount within the space of an hour.i'm not money mad by any means but when you get that distinct feeling that the staff are making these figures up as they go along-then I feel like I'm being ripped off.it took me months to realize this but now it bugs me greatly.
The other thing,once the froth of the milk dissipates (within a few minutes) I feel like I only get 2 or 3 goods swigs out of the coffee before its gone
It's a shame,it's lovely and peaceful when I go in,early in the morning but like I say this feeling has built up over time,to the point of not wanting to use the place anymore
This was my first visit to Starbucks Lichfield and definitely my last.
Sat at a dirty table full of rubbish from the previous customers for just under an hour and no one came to clean it away until we were actually leaving. Just before l left l used the communal toilet and was horrified to see stubble covering the sink. We told a member of staff, as it was 11.30 by then l would have thought the toilets would have been checked on a regular basis.
Great coffee shop. I always love Starbucks and this branch was no exception. Will go back again, their vegan cream is amazing.
Lovely cappuccino, very clean toilets and atmosphere, friendly staff. Doggs allowed in. ( I love them :) On minus, that croissant didn't feel very fresh.
atmosphere here is always lively and so many friendly faces plus there is always a hello on entry if not to busy
Had a wonderful experience today served by 2 lovely staff drinks and service 5 * changed our coffee shop from Costa where we were served several times by rude staff so glad we tried Starbucks will be our new coffee shop ????
