Staff might need some more training. Woman who looked like the duty manager that day never scanned my loyalty card after taking my order so I lost out on my points, laughed and said "oh well I can't do it now" and then proceeded to serve me a latte that was mostly milk foam.
I had to go back in and get another one because it had been made with skimmed milk, which I never asked for. Now I have to be ultra detailed with my order each time I go in to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
Very very slow service. Staff more interested in their own drink than serving me and 2 other customers (one walk out) - nice new building but need a refresher fo staff.
Went in for a quick coffee. It was a Sunday evening and it was quiet. Starbucks was clean and tidy. The lady who served me was happy and friendly. Nice atmosphere to sit and chat.
Very tense vibes as witnessed a member of staff named Megan shouting at her colleagues. I was also disheartened when she stormed away from me . As a customer I know what good customer service means and I did not experience that today. The rest of the Starbucks team seemed to be lacking morale and a team spirited after their colleague Megan displayed such inappropriate behaviours in their work environment. Very disappointed with my service today. It’s very sad to see the bad attitude of one person bring down the rest of a wonderful team.
When you order the drink ask for extra drizzle, yet put none on, it's pretty bad. Then refuse to add it for you is even worse. To make an excuse the server is from another store... I'm sorry you don't read the order?

Megan and her team are great and friendly. For a store that is brand new and finding it’s feet you always get a 5* service.
If they’re this good at the start of their journey, I can’t imagine how good they will be in time!
Top effort
A great place for those off work places to get a decent cuppa. A great atmosphere combined with some great coffee take away or sit in a warm quiet place / corner although it can get quite noisy at times. Be prepared.
Ordered a chocolate Frappuccino on 2 occasions. Doesn't taste anywhere near as nice as other Starbucks we visit? Disappointing.
