Popped in with a friend for a drink, all the food was taken off display, the roller was down stopping people from purchasing the food. All the chairs were up on the tables and they had cleaned everywhere even though it was 7pm and they don’t shut until 8:30pm. The music was off and overall the environment was just uncomfortable. People were coming in for drinks with no where to sit because all the chairs are up.
My friend and I sat down and we could hear one of the workers say I’ve just cleaned over there.
Don’t advertise online that you’re open until 8:30pm if you’re going to make customers feel like they can’t even come in and sit down at 7pm.
Drive through lane is rarely open.
Staff are always busy doing something else when waiting to be served.
Staff are always looking to start closing up.
Always given takeaway cups.
Very untidy, lots of waste strewn everywhere,
Needs stronger management and better committed staff.
Always an excuse for something like:
No food because ovens being cleaned
Taking deliveries so there’s a long queue
Overall very very poor experience
Visited a few days ago, drink ordered (thought it was more expensive than normal) given wrong drink, re-made the correct drink but still charged for the more expensive drink with no apology.
Visited again, this time overcharged on my order, gold member discount wasn’t applied to syrups/cream.
Generally the staff seem unhappy, and aren’t that friendly, most of them don’t know how to make a decent drink.
Will avoid in future and visit the longwood drive branch, who know how to run a store.
I’m really confused with the opening hours. I come to bring my disabled mum through the drive thru a few times and the cone is up in the drive thru. This is early mornings and at 6pm at night when closing is 8pm? Whenever I go in and the fridge has a shutter over it, cakes are away from the counter and chairs are upside down on the tables. I get that you close in two hours but every customer should have the same service and facilities at any time of day ? My most recent visit was Friday
Called in today to buy my favourite kettle chips,I was served my a very friendly lady with dark hair and a very nice young man who recommended another flavour,thank you for your time,both members of staff had very good customer service skills.
Ordered a clotted cream fudge cold brew, and it wasn't correctly made..tasted more like dish water than anything.
Well where do I start . This is by far the worst Starbucks !! Every time I’ve been here the drive thru is closed what is the point of a drive thru if it’s always closed and as for the staff -the girls / women that work here are rude and ignorant major attitude problems . They are serving members of the public and representing a very high- end coffee Franchise. At least put a smile on your faces and be respectful towards your customers. I would rather drive the extra 20 mins to Starbucks in Coryton than to waste my time in going here !
Got served by Kaz, she was really lovely! And very helpful, my drink was amazing, she made sure the experience was as I thought, this is my favourite one, and I’ll continue to come back to see her smile again ????❤️
