Love the flavourful coffee.
Update 16 Dec 2023:
Still great coffee. We asked for our coffee in a ceramic cup but staff said they weren't allowed (!) to serve customers with them. But then paper cup was filled with espresso but without whipped cream as ordered. We asked them to add the whipped creme, which they did. However they then tried to fit a lid which caused contents to leak out - the worst of the situation was that the staff took a countertop cleaning rag to wipe the cup. We now refused this unhygienic mess. So, the staff poured the contents from the paper cup into a ceramic cup.
Furthermore, this time, the toilets were shut awaiting a plumber.

Great initial impression of the place with good decor. Toilet smelled and men's partially closed for naintenance. Seating area missed a chance to give view of lovely countryside, instead it faces a petrol station! Staff were bland (doing their jobs and that it, it seemed).
Shabby inside and out, dirty toilets, car park has seen better days too. Customers are a captive audience in need of a comfort break and leg stretch before grabbing something to eat and drink to continue their journey.
Very helpful, polite and pleasant staff.
Guy on the till that served us with a beard was very friendly and served us with a smile.
American/Canadian lady that made our coffee was also great and made a fab hot coffee.

Long cue. Clearly no one in charge. Shift overlap. Toilets were very bad. All drinks end up in cups regardless of the china they have sitting behind them. My drink was not made. After reminding them and asking for having in in a mug I got it in a paper cup.
Seems Starbucks standards on cleaning are dropping at all shops. The place was filthy all over. Floors, chairs, tables.
Where are the standards for a great coffee experience.
Costa beats you hands down on this front.
Possibly the worst Starbucks on the planet, cueing out the door and it's only 10am. So disorganised absolute joke and to pay £26 for four cakes and four small coffees.
Staff require guidance and proper training doing each drink individually, avoid this place at all costs.
Three machines for coffee and only one being used absolutely no drive here at all. Such a long wait for your drinks most of the staff can't be arsed.
Disappointing Starbucks you should be ashamed!
Comfy place to charge the laptop. On our visit there was a very strong and unpleasant smell - I'm sure I'll improve the rating next time I go. I did note the £5 charge for a coffee.
10am on a Monday, dirty, tired, rundown. Queued to be then told they have no tea, run out! Had 2 Americano with milk, hardly any milk. Working area dirty, machines dirty, hoppers dirty. Toilets revolting, hand dryer not working. Every customer is cleaning their own table. A poor example of a Starbucks. Will not be returning.
