The service at this Starbucks is the worst I have received anywhere. They frequently make drinks incorrectly (included using cows milk when non-dairy options are requested), have items out of stock or get orders wrong.
The staff here are awesome. Special shout out to Darcie & Lauren always going above & beyond for me. Cracking iced coffee everytime
This used to be my go to, but as of recently, the coffee is just really bad, and that’s if you could even get one, they are literally sold out everything 90% of the time! Hard to justify their price increases when you get burnt, bitter tasting coffee, syrups that are never mixed in and nine Times out of 10 not even the coffee you originally wanted! They don’t even block things out on the menu, so you don’t know that the whole thing is sold out until you’re already stuck in the drive-through
It’s a real shame
A wonderful establishment in a prime location, offering convenient drive-thru and walk-in access. Adequate staffing ensures swift service, even during busy periods. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, though occasionally they overlook adding chocolate sprinkles to my cappuccino.
Rubbish store. This time I queued 20 minutes in car to be told they'd run out of oat milk. Again!! Had to then queue to leave with no drink. Seem to have new staff every week who don't know what they're doing, getting orders wrong, serving warm iced coffee. Used to be good and we went every week. Not going to bother anymore
The service at Starbucks in Thame is impeccable. So friendly and helpful. I stupidly ordered the wrong drink for my autistic daughter and the gentleman said not to worry about it and he made me the correct drink free of charge! So kind! Customer Service like this rarely happens anymore so I'm so impressed with the incredible service at Starbucks in Thame.
Best coffee in town - can’t beat a white mocha with nut blend????
