Friendly staff, polite and courteous when they had to clean where I was sat, gave me free ice before I left. Great customer service.
Me and my Nan came here on Tuesday through the drive through we were served by a lovely lady who sold us a Christmas package deal. We also spoke to the manager who was lovely. I’ve came here many times and the staff are wonderful!
I work here in resorts world and I am a regular to this Starbucks. The customer Service is phenomenal. Kelsey and other members of the team that I have encountered are amazing also. Just needed a babycino or small cup of milk for little one.... Usually this is free or at most 50p at all other Starbucks.... This location decided to charge me £2.25!!! Ripped off!
Hardly had any drinks available , understaffed so we waited 40 mins for drinks , but staff were also rude snappy and slamming down orders . They had missed one of our drinks but argued they hadn’t but we were given a reciept . Said we would have to go back and queue again in the huge lunch time queue . Very rude about it and we asked for manager but were told basically no we couldn’t speak to him

Awful experience there this morning - ordered my usual drink which is a little unusual I’ll admit (It’s not one of those annoying “double espresso 3 pumps caramel half fat decaf soy latte” orders though!) to then overhear the female barista completely mock my order without any trace of subtlety. I suffer with social anxiety anyway but felt so uncomfortable so just pretended to not hear her. I then got given my drink but again as I was walking away the mocking resumed - By all means have a laugh and a joke at work but I really don’t think it should be at my or anyone else’s expense. Shoutout to the Irish gentleman that was also working though, he was really smiley and pleasant.
This place is a coin flip depending on what member of staff is on. Half the time it is great, quick service and no problems. The other half it takes 10 minutes while the staff chat and mess around and then forget my order and give me a latte with dairy milk even though I asked and paid extra for almond and cannot drink dairy. I work near by so I know this is a consistent pattern with certain members of staff. If you have your drinks with dairy alternatives probably best not risking it.
