A new branch in Sproughton by an expanding industrial estate. It has a drive through and delivery but also indoor and outdoor seating. Very visible and a reasonable range.
Beware of the parking restrictions..
it cost me £170 as I di not log in my reg. number.. appealed with all the evidence I was there,
staff should remind you of the the fact it will cost you £££££ if you don't put your number in.. and go past that hr limit....
Advertised a macchiato on website but charged for a caramel macchiato because "the till doesn't have it" Incredibly slow server who didn't seem to know what they were doing. Sat in drive through for ages just for two drinks.
Very disappointed. Very unhappy.

A nice spot but sadly the service is lacking more often than not.
Messy, slow and sometimes with little apology as to why there's a 10min wait for a coffee when there is adequate staff on but not all the team are pulling their weight.
Management need to address the issues especially seeing as you're charging close to £10 for a coffee and a cake!!

They closed the toilet on purpose so HGV driver won't use them, because of that she made me wait until she served 3 drive thru customers, tried charge me for the cup unprofessional workers..
DON'T RECOMMEND..
I went with my friend for a coffee and breakfast and I received a parking charge for £100 I think you don't have to be limited when you going for a coffee and catch up with friends is ridiculous ????????????
First eggnog latte of the year and it didn't disappoint. Lovely and creamy with a dusting of nutmeg on the top and a piece of chocolate chip shortbread. This won't be my last of 2021 ????
We waited 20 minutes for fruit toast as the girl forgot to put it on and our cinnamon bunupside down
