The best service in any Starbucks. Always consistent
Two hot chocolates were cold. Asked to make sure the it was hot. Refused to re do it a third time. Rude and disinterested male staff member.
An exceptional team in the Clifton Down branch of Starbucks.
Do not be deterred by being placed at the entrance to a shopping centre. There is seating both outdoors and on two levels inside.
What makes this branch exceptional is its team, they're consistently good, a special shout out to Rebecca and Simon (Manager). They know their regular customers and approach customer service with a smile and in an informed manner. It is clear that they have a sense of community and neighbourhood.

You need to consider this is a compact outlet, next to a busy shopping centre and transport centre, before passing too harsh a judgment; perhaps compare the service you get at train stations or busy London locations. Yes it’s small and doesn’t have toilets. However staff are very friendly and efficient and appear to have many regulars. Coffee and products are the usual good standard.
Requested a decaf mocha and a tuna melt in a senior moment. I didn’t specify the size of drink and as if by default, was served the largest. Is is unreasonable to have expected the staff member to have clarified the drink size? As an older person I tend towards smaller volumes. I like tuna because to me, it doesn’t smell particularly fishy, however, it did today and was not too my taste.
Sadly not the best experience today but really enjoyed my mocha that I didn’t finish.
Super friendly staff particularly Ricky who makes a huge effort each time. And I commend this Starbucks for being one of the few now I have been able to find in the UK that always has a filter coffee brewed. So many now have ‘run out’ and offer an americano instead which I think is typically a lie to avoid having to brew the filter. Well done Starbuck’s Clifton Down! And Ricky!
Love this Starbucks, place to have a Venti Latte and people watch or have a read. Always lots of different people walking on by

Yes the staff in here as on other days of late onwardly, other staff the same, seem to be a very caring team . Polite patient and caring way. Thank you !
Folk come back here I reckon for the key essence of coffee shops or the like: Hospitality and hospitableness! A kind welcome and a nice seat with simple fayre of good. Chocolate bars at £1.75 option and egg snacks give cheaper options for those of us less well of at the mo.
And!: Simple welcoming kindness. And respect

An excellent no nonsense very pleasantly served Starbucks.
Lovely food options, & including simple chocolate bars, which along with other options are not quite such expensive options for those of us who don't want to or can't afford a large cake or sandwich etc option with a coffee.
Young man at till serving strongly pleasant, and friendly to all customers style. Very good. Hope he, and they can have the patience to keep this up end of long days dealing with all we customers. Perseverance in good things and a job, is a great key transferable skill.
I have onwards good experiences here.
It's own flavour style of coffee shops, for the mix to be good to know & which many of us appreciate and like. Thanks ! .
