When my order was ready, I still had to go and get it. They knew my name and where I was sitting. I was the guy stopping the place looking shut.
They did their job, but it's things like that that will stop me returning
The place was spotless, and the staff were efficient. All other aspects were entirely acceptable aswell.
Nice new branch and a great location, frappe are good. The only thing that I was disappointed about was the customer service and the care of attention. Come on, there was no queue behind me, and when I read out my rewards number so that I can collect points for spending £25.30 on five drinks. I trusted the honesty and didn't need the receipt, as I got home and checked my account to find that the points had not been added.

Step inside and you’ll instantly feel at home in the warm and inviting ambiance. The selection of cakes and pastries is simply divine, with their blueberry muffins and cake pops standing out as must-try favourites – they’re absolutely scrumptious!
But let’s not forget about the drinks – particularly refreshing in the summer months is the strawberry açai, a delightful blend that’s as delicious as it is revitalising.
Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or a leisurely sip, Starbucks Uxbridge is sure to leave you feeling satisfied and content.
Finally managed to go and visit this newly opened Starbucks restaurant. I love to start my day with a strong extra hot cappuccino and this didn’t disappoint!
I like their new coffee selection so much, but what I like more so is the barista team here at uxbridge road. They are all very friendly and accommodating with any requests.
I have noticed the way they deal with people is just that bit nicer than other local coffee shops, and it all makes a difference.
Thank you Starbucks for employing a wonderful team at your new restaurant. By the way I love your new outdoor seating designs with a lawn, can’t wait to use it in the summer!
You need to decide dogs are allowed or not . Not here not there after you say dogs allowed. I have taken my dogs to many pubs and restaurants and in many places she goes and sit up on the chair . The reason you give is people are allergic if dogs go on the sofa ( the sofa is not fabric sofa ) , if a person is allergic he will be even if dogs sit anywhere. Very disappointed. Have been going there from the day it opened. Liked the place because I could take my dog there, otherwise there are many Starbucks where I can pick my coffee from . Dogs allowed was your only USP for me . Goodbye.
Tucked away behind Hillingdon Fire Station is this drive through version of Starbucks but I have deliberately walked up here to have a coffee and just chill out for an afternoon. The atmosphere is great and so comfortable in here with a few people working on their laptops. I will be coming back here again soon!
Ordered delivery and 2 out of 4 items were missing and one was the wrong item. Used 2 bags to deliver 1 drink and 1 croissant. Only good thing was they gave me an immediate refund, but that is going to take 2 - 3 days to show in my account!!!!!
