It was newly opened but incredibly disappointed with my visit today. The service was appalling, with staff more interested with in-jokes and banter across their headsets than providing a basic level of service.
The food was awful and despite being informed we were dining-in, it was freshly thrown into a bag and abandoned on the counter for us to claim.
Website says it’s open till 9pm. Got there at 8:03 on Friday and the lights were on and staff inside but door locked and was told it’s closed. Update the timing on the website to avoid customers driving over
This one is just outside Clatterbridge Hospital. When I heard it was being built I thought it would not do well. But then I got sucked in. The venue was busy but also very clean and modern. Staff friendly and helpful.
There is also a Subway next door.
Always Understaffed so I don’t think I’ve ever had a correct order. Staff doing too many tasks, so feel sorry for them. They are always very humble and helpful though. Items appears at different times so not very good when in a group trying to have a nice coffee. Often items not available. ????
Great Starbucks. The lady who took my order had a smile on her face and made me feel welcomed. It is a brand new branch so all tables and seats are in great shape. Also there are plenty of parking spaces which is great.
This drive-through was lovely when it first opened but now every time I visit, tables are not cleaned or cleared promptly & each time I visit it’s not busy. In addition to this today a woman had her dog on the seat next to her, disgusting. I said politely to the manager, who was lovely, that this was horrendously unhygienic, she went to touch red but didn’t tell the woman that her dog should be on the floor. Come on Starbucks, please get this sorted out.
Really nice Starbies, this. Lovely atmosphere and the staff are wonderful. They didn't have cold brew on my visit, which is disappointing but probably for the best haha.
It's an absolutely perfect location for the hospital too. I stayed and worked for an hour while waiting to pick someone up. There are tons of seats and desks with power sockets.
Have been to this store a few times now. The service is ridiculously slow even when quiet. The staff can be rude and abrupt, too busy laughing with each other over their head sets rather than offering any customer service. The main focus seems to be the drive through rather than the cafe. If your going to run both then put enough staff on or close the drive through if you can't keep up with the cafe. Having to wait over 40 mins for drinks is not very good. From now on will stick to Costa.
