Nice place and great service. When you do online orders 9/10 times it doesn’t register everything you’ve ordered so you have to badger the staff about your order. I’ve missed 3 of my trains to work because of this, super annoying and frustrating. My train comes every 30 minutes so might have to start calling to make sure staff know my order before I get there. Nothing more stressful than being late for work because of a faulty system you can’t control.
I never thought that I would experience such an unpleasant atmosphere at Starbucks. A girl with dark hair, whose name starts with an E, was giving passive side-eyes to customers, mockingly stared at me, and rolled her eyes while handing me my coffee, almost bursting into laughter. I was shocked and started my workday feeling quite sad. This is the first time in my life I am writing a bad review I hope it's the last time
Nice local starbucks, quiet with good seating areas, and friendly staff. Let down by the lack of vegan food options.
I love this place for coffee and the staff are friendly and talk you while making coffee.
My only complaint is that in the mornings it's hardly ever open at 6am.
They are still setting everything,up maybe they need to change the time to 6.30am?!
Nice and clean. Staff continued personal conversation while I was waiting. When drink was ready, I wasn't called. Toilets were clean. Once speaking to me, the staff were pleasant.
some staff are friendly, they all try to be friendly to the customers, but as a team they aren't friendly to other staff, it's a let down in front of the customer,then it's have a nice day. so not genuine
My nearest Starbucks now the one in Beckenham has closed. It was clean and bright and the staff were friendly, even 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday
Just got myself a Java Chip Frappuccino to go at the Starbucks Sydenham Road and good gosh, I’m almost tempted to go back for another one, it was delicious. Please accept my apologies, it was so good I forgot to take the before photo.
