Third time they forgot to add milk to my coffee while using the drive through. The wee sticker on the cup shows the line for milk so the order was taken correct but they just never put any in. Total pain as it’s early morning and using drive through so don’t usually look inside to check and get a nasty surprise ten mins later when I go to take the first sip.

Walked in and staff were in a huddle near the drive through window and not one thought to ask me anything or take an order. Had to ask them as they stood talking. They seemed to be more interested in talking amoung them selves. Order was wrong but couldn't be arsed pointing it out as they probably didn't care, as if they had. If been paying attention they might have gotten right . Place is nice good layout plenty of space and chairs, although floor could be re done.
Busy location but staff were quick and efficient. Nicer than other Starbucks I've been to.
On Sunday morning the cue of the drive-through was very long. Went inside to get a quick coffee and got mine within 5 min. Would recommend just walking in when the line is too long.
Lots of dirty tables piled with cups and plates when I visited although the girl who served me was nice and pleasant but you need to start serving sit in tea in a teapot not in a cup when it goes cold so quickly
went on Tuesday 5th December with a friend to study. bare in mind we have been coming here to study for years for exams. Anyways, bought a hot choc and started revising. Got companied by an ‘employee’ who claimed she worked here but was in normal clothes and also was sat with a laptop. Said in a very unfriendly tone that we can’t sit here if we didn’t buy anything , as the hot chocolate mug was sitting on the desk… then continued to kick my friend out for eating something small from Tim Hortons , bare in mind again if the food options were better in Starbucks , she wouldn’t of had to go to Tim Hortons to buy food. absolutely disgusted by the ‘ staff’ in here do better starbucks.
My apologies for this totally negative review. I left my wife to order coffee while I went to another store. Met with wife, who by this time had been queuing for nearly 15 minutes. 15 minutes later we where still queuing. Seems the staff where catering for the drive through custom as a priority. It was busy, this I admit, there were 8 staff members that I counted. Not faultng their work ethic, they were all rushed off their feet. After 30 minutes we left with no coffee. There were 6 people waiting for their orders after they had ordered. God knows how long our total wait would have been. Starbucks, get your act together. Sad to say this is our last visit to any Starbucks.
