Sadly it seems all the staff want to do is go home..
Refused to heat up ( not cook ) any food 35 minutes before closing.
They dont smile and quite simply look miserable.
Cinnamon bun was really dry.
I love Starbucks but wouldn't visit this one again.
Starbucks is my absolute fave when it comes to tasty drinks. Their caramel frappuccinos are like a sweet, creamy treat that I can't resist. And their lattes? So rich and flavorful, they always hit the spot. But you know what I love the most? Their peach iced tea. It's super refreshing and packed with fruity goodness. Starbucks definitely knows how to make drinks that keep me coming back for more. Puls Friendly staff, they all aways make me feel welcomed.
The ginger/Auburn hair girl was very horrible, rude and arrogant. I have a mental illness/autism and she treated me like I was a weirdo and slagged me off to her colleagues. I'm clumsy that I did not check the reviews before coming here. This is what I get for being polite. She's singled me out. I wish I would have said something but she would have played the victim I felt. That woman needs sacking.
rude baristas, one was not shouting orders out loud enough and so there was a massive mix up with drinks bc people didn't know what was theirs. then i told a barista that my drink was supposed to have oat milk and she very rudely took it from my hand, when she made the correct drink she practically slammed it down on the counter. definitely not coming back after such a horrendous experience.

Thanks for listening to my stories, Mat! Will be back for more hazlenut oat lattes and give my money to this shop even though theres one ten minutes from where I live. The staff are friendly. Not sure what the comments on here are off about them wanting to go home and not friendly? I've had positve experiences at this store and hope to keep it that way!
Absolutely terrible service. I asked for an extra hot coffee, but was given a tepid one (at best!) Then when I addressed it, was told that it was indeed hot. I asked politely for it to be made again. When the batista remade it, she chucked it down and said 'here.' So incredibly rude. Won't be revisiting.
Staff were rude. Ordered a coffee and i was charged extra to have a cup. I won't return
