I was excited when Starbucks opened a new outlet in our town. After visiting number of times, I suggest the staffs need to approach customer proactively. Last time when I was there there were 2 staffs at the till but not taking orders from customers. I had to wait few minutes to get served. As this is a new cafe and don’t get too busy they will get plenty of time to chat but as a customer I expect to be served as I enter. However, I am more than happy to wait on the queue if there is other customers in front of me.
Just been to this cafe (28/01/2024) and ordered a coffee. I waited for 10 minutes, even the people who ordered after me were served but my ordered did not show up. I approached a staff and she found an empty cup with my name, prepared the drink and served me but NO SORRY. Customer service is genuinely needs to improve.
Usually empty, never a queue but it tends to take 15mins+ to make my drink. Very young female staff member was quite stroppy, huffing and sighing while taking a 1 drink order.... makes you feel like you're inconveniencing them! Thought it was a one off but its happened again since.
Otherwise a clean, quiet and nice looking space with parking nearby.
Crayford or Bluewater Starbucks are always polite, drinks are always correct and quick with service. I avoid this one now.
The water clenched my thirst, it’s succulent and amusing it was like it was fresh out the mountain tops of Alaska. I loved how the ice cubes slipped down my throat, the water was at the right temperature and easily being the best water I’ve ever had in my 13 years of life.

Lovely, clean cafe. Comfy seats and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Wait time was quick. Drinks were great as always. Definitely recommend!
I really like the open feel to this Starbucks. The seating areas were kept very clean and tidy. There is also a seating area outside.
The staff were polite, patient and always smiling.
The food is very good, we only had a Tomato and Mozzarella panini, but it was very tasty.
The atmosphere and decor were great. The seats were very comfortable and it very busy when we were there....always a good sign.
My friend and myself are disabled. We came by mobility scooter and trike with two dogs.
The staff member made special place for me to store my trike inside as we needed to sit inside to hide from the sun.
Horrible service noone on till, busy helping delivery drivers. When I was finally served, cashier with curly brown hair was full of attitude no acknowledgement or smile. Better off at costa next door
Staff are great but someone needs to clean the windows they are disgusting
