I visited this place twice recently and I had an ice cappuccino.
Compare to the other Starbucks stores they don’t make a proper ice cappuccino.
The first time I didn’t say anything, the second time I returned my coffee and kindly said to the staff that this is not what you have on the menu, the milk should be foamy on the top of the cup and the coffee sits at the bottom, exactly like the picture above the till, wasn’t even iced as no ice cubes were in the cup.
They just poured milk in the cup and then a shot of coffee.
The lady on the bar apologised and replaced my coffee with a nice one.

Lovely to see one of the Starbucks’ dudes deliver a drink to an elderly lady’s table and go back again with milk (I think). Lovely people.
Young girl (Izzie) with dreadful attitude which made me react completely inappropriate so I approached the manager (Martin) and all he could say was it was all my fault and as I kept telling him, I'm not just going to loose my temper for no reason but still went straight over his head. Dreadful young member of staff and dreadful management which now means I'm going to have to speak to someone above the manager here because he can't control a member of staff and because I was basically talking to a brick wall when trying to make a complaint.
The most diabolical painful customer experience today. Waiting to pay plus waiting for coffee took almost 30 minutes! It was clear to see the 2 counter staff were struggling to keep up. Add that Starbucks also charge OTT rip off charges has helped make my mind up to never visit the establishment again! Profits more important than supplying ample staff & good customer experience. Adiós Starbucks!
When I arrived lady who served me was so kind and helpful. Then when I was sat down with my coffee an older lady sat near me got the attention of a male worker who happily answered her questions about rewards and continued to speak to her for a few more minutes about starbucks and some of her interests, the lady seemed really happy to have had this interaction and it was lovely to see !
Very clean Starbucks. And connected to the Sainsbury's. So a very convenient location. The whole design of the coffee shop is very unique. And of course the food and the drinks are good.
Not my best experience at Starbucks the lady who served was very off in her approach I know it was very early Saturday morning still no reson to be rude I think twice about going to this Starbucks in the future
Food and drinks are great but the service not so much. When ordering I had to repeat my order so many times to the lady serving. Once I had finally ordered and it had arrived I was given to medium sized drinks instead of one medium and one large so she took both back and redid them. I received the second lot of drinks and this time she made them both large. I didn't have the time to change them a third time so I just accepted what I got and left.
