Went in at 12.15 there was one ham& cheese roll & one chicken wrap & the girl said they hadn’t got any others we wanted plain crisps but wasn’t any I don’t think that was acc on a Saturday lunch time that was the first time using & will be the last what a shame plus it cost quite a bit for what we had
Went in today and was told there was no cream for a drink that has cream in it , the drinks were disgusting staff was moody and wasn’t polite would not be returning to this Starbucks as the one in Boston is so much more better and receive a better service

Visited this Starbucks today and Kayleigh was literally the best person ever (I hope her managers see this and give her a raise or something) because she went above and beyond to walk me to the station and look after me while I was frightened, honestly can’t thank her enough <333
