Prompt, friendly service especially for a busy Starbucks, great range of tasty drinks, dining areas and toilets always clean and tidy.
Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Couple of students on laptops, sipping a coffee they bought 6 hours earlier. A few old ladies chatting.
I had the Halloween pumpkin spiced latte which was very nice. I also shared the egg bites with chilli sauce, a toasted mozzarella and tomato ciabatta and a toffee apple muffin. All delicious.
If I could give zero I would. Consistently awful service. I have given it a few attempts as I like to give everyone a chance but won’t be back. The kids serving seem friendly enough but compared to Costa they are amateur, the supervision and training must be to blame. It’s off the scale in lack of availability of food, their system is dreadful causes confusion for customers, the layout of the seated area is just inefficient and consistently understaffed so areas are blocked off. Poor show Starbucks please train your staff. Meanwhile off to the neighbouring Costa ….
Not normally one to complain
Last few times I’ve been in my order has been wrong by the older man while repeating so many times what it is. This has happened a good few times. Just a bit annoying as it’s my local Starbucks and do enjoy coming in

My family went in for lunch. A sign on the door said it was closing early at 5pm due to staff shortages. When we got inside there was next to no food in the fridge. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Plan B for lunch. Not sure if this sort of experience is typical - will try again and hope to see things improve.
After going to this location since it opened there has been alot of new staff. I unfortunately always seem to get the new gentlemen that looks visably uninterested and very slow, I didn't get his name but he is about 40. He continues to get my drink order wrong everytime showing his incompetence (id highly recommend more training and product knowledge) when I mention the drink is wrong I have been met everytime with a bad attitude and refusal to make the drink to order. Not a trait you look for in a customer facing role.
I have put in a complaint to the manager which I'm still awaiting a response or some sort of acknowledgement too. it's unfortunate but I won't be back due to several issues.
Went via Drive thro. Two cars waiting at the window and two behind. Waited ages for my drink which was warm and not extra hot like I asked for. First time at Starbucks and my last.
