Not a good experience here. Firstly, the tables were covered in used plates and mess with no sign of anybody cleaning up.
I also wanted to use the loo. The male toilets were completely out of service so the sign on the door said to use the disabled toilet. Well, I wish I’d never opened the door; disgusting doesn’t cover it. Soaking wet floor, tissues etc everywhere, and a rank blocked toilet… I feel sorry for whichever staff member has to try and tackle that (and sending nothing but hate to whichever gross people treat facilities like that!).
My mobile order took 15 mins to be given to me for some reason. I stood there while six other customers who arrived on foot got served and given their orders. Why? Is there not a system in place? Also got attitude from staff for asking for the order I’d paid for.
All in all, won’t be going back to this branch.
So this Starbucks felt as if the staff were a little under pressure but they were delivering a decent service. The establishment was clean & tidy and everything seemed very much in order. not much of a queue and they served everyone at speed. Pleasant and friendly.
Well located and a nice atmosphere, but no toilet rolls in the loo.
Not dog friendly inside (not a problem for us as we were just grabbing a coffee, but could be useful for others to know who may intend to stop in with their dog) - they still made us a puppuccino to take out with us.
I am only giving this 3 stars as although the service and greeting were first class I felt the white Americano provided was so strong it could have stripped paint. Even with double sugar it was hard to drink. Sorry Starbucks not impressed.

Grubby.
Coffee and sandwich was ok, but then I saw a person cleaning the toilets and emptying the bins, who then went on to sort out food and drinks.
Toilets were gross and the floor wasn’t good.
Very disappointed.
I saw many opiniona below that place is dirty. I would say that they had to improve it as my experience Today was different. Very clean place,but it was not too busy tho. It was tidy everywhere. They have drive through as well. Coffee and hot chocolate was lovely and Isabella at the till friendly and professional. I would deffo stop here again for the break. Nothing bad to say about this place
Not a great experience, 1 member of staff serving both store and drive through customers whilst other staff members seemed more interested weighing out coffee into a French press not for any orders.
I nearly walked out but had waited a fair while but in hind sight wish I had very strong brewed coffee and not hot, poor experience.
Nipped in here for a work meeting; it’s definitely more of a drive through Starbucks than a sit in venue. Expensive food and the smaller ‘square’ nibbles are vastly overpriced. Very helpful and friendly staff so can’t fault them.
