We used to love pulling in at this Starbucks on our way to Norfolk but there has been a marked decline over the past few months. The hot chocolate is undrinkable and our fruity toast today (drive through) was stale and burnt. Massively disappointing. We tried to ring through with our complaint but even the phone number is incorrect!
Very poor service when I visited at 14:20 on 16/4/24. 3 staff in attendance, no drive thru customers, staff in conversation. When I ordered, I was told the payment total. No thank you from staff. My order was placed at the serving area and, again, there was no "thank you" from the staff. Tome, that is bad customer service and just plain rude. The coffee and the biscuit were fine but the service wasn't.
Friendly staff, service took a little longer than I’d usually expect, seemed understaffed, only one barista working on the cafe while two on the drive through?
Always try and stop here as the staff are so friendly and the shop is very clean and tidy. Cheese twists, not seen them before. Recommended!

Lovely starbucks on Saturday om our way home from a long trip. Good service with a smile from both women serving. Our pup enjoyed a big puppacino too. Would recommend
Nice place, noise level a bit too high due to desgin of building. Nothing wrong with our drinks but staff not so good. Girl taking orders needs to speak up as you can't here her plus staff were more bothered about talking with each other about their life detail than serving customers with their drinks. I went through the drive through, and had an extremely enjoyable experience. Hedir served and very kindly waited as I completed my order. My drink was served very quickly and tasted great! The customer service and conversation overall I received from Hedir was excellent. Would definitely recommend ????????
