When you order cookies that are served on a plate, you get your coffee in a paper cup! And it happened to me a few times where I had to pay attention to the fact that I wanted coffee in a glass cup because I would drink it inside and did not mention that I would be going out. Not all saleswomen make the same coffee, and I mean milk foam. Overall not bad.
The branch itself is nice and cosy but the staff is not really welcoming at all even if you are regular guest. I don’t usually write reviews but sometimes it needs to be done so management can do something about the team in particular when you are trying to seat to relax after shopping and the staff is telling you off because you are trying to seat in areas that they are close for cleaning. 60% of the branch closed for cleaning on a Saturday evening at 5.30pm when the branch itself closed at 7pm?? The management really needs to focus on customer service
Very large seating area, it wasn’t very busy here so the service was quick. There’s a lot of competition with coffee just in this location with Starbucks, Costa @ chaiiwala’s all next to each other you’re spoiled for choice’s really. But it’s one of the better locations I’ve been to having a quick service , the parking and accessibility etc.
Friendly baristas, great coffee. Doesn’t seem to get very busy, maybe because people don’t know this has location has opened already. Plenty of comfy seats, liked the interior.
Ordered an Americano with milk but was very, very weak. I've never tasted such a weak Americano at a Starbucks. When I complained, the coffee was kindly re-made. Still very, very weak though. There's obviously an error in the coffee-making process here. Hopefully there will be a review of the process soon. Apart from that, not a bad place.
Used to come here every weekend since opening and loved the place until today.
New guy at the till, clearly trying his best and by mistake charges me for an extra cappucino that i didn't order. That's fine, mistakes happens, however Ms Sahar should sort out her attitude and improve her customer service skills when approaching the customer who has a query. She was rude just like it would have been my fault that someone made a mistake!
Very rude approach of employment, no respect, no smile and not manners plus throwing with my order like i'm not worth to buy from this place. Working as construction worker i get the worst service in here. I will make sure i will go more deeper with my complaints regarding of the start who work here.
