My first visit here, Good little starbucks. Drinks to a decent standard. Staff super friendly. The place is cool, and hygiene.
The building was pretty much brand new.
I thought I had walked into the veterinary waiting room yesterday. Place was full of large dogs in every corner. I walked straight back out. I think it’s incredibly unhygienic to allow dogs into a cafe. They’ll be dander and fur everywhere and all over food and tables. Who knows if these dogs have parasites/worms or fleas. Disgusting. Last time I’ll go there.
Great ambience. Well maintained outlet. Stylish arrangements. Quality service with reasonable pricing. Good portion of food and drinks. Very friendly staff. Easy to spot.
Staff are friendly, coffee is good. Big issue that management allow dog owners to let dogs roam off lead. Dogs wandering around, owners don't care, staff appear fine with it. Dogs getting under tables, behind counter, putting paws on counter where food is served. If you are OK with this, great, but I'm not.
Staff are extremely rude, just stood having a conversation or on their phones while we are waiting to order. The general layout is okay but trying to find a table that had actually been cleared was few and far between. More likely to just go to portrack lane Starbucks next time

I didn't want to give my name, so the server decided to get in a huff about it, I don't appreciate staff being disrespectful towards my rights.
The GF panini was cooked within the plastic bag it comes in, I mean what on earth are these staff doing, you can't cook it in the plastic.. this could have made my partner very ill, also just look at the state of this GF panini, this part isn't the fault of the staff but, the company itself, ripping off its customers. Total cost for a miserable experience was around £17.. we won't be coming back to this place again, let alone the brand, very unhappy, this was supposed to be a treat and was just a disappointment.
£7 for what I can only describe as watery milk with sugar. For a coffee shop they seem to have a real big problem making drinks that have any coffee in them.
Sorry I won’t be going back to this franchise or any in Stockton.
