The staff who took my americano order was robotic, maintaining a straight face, not even show any sign of gesture while I thank for taking the order. The worst happen while collecting my order, the staff just announced americano and immediately left the counter, didn’t bother to confirm who ordered it and whether it was well received or not.
Mid order the barista was asked to switch registers, I found this highly rude bc it interrupted the customer interaction and of course my order was completely wrong. After waiting for my wrong order, I finally had to walk up to the counter and ask for a remake and guess what, I still received the wrong order again! At this point I’m over it and left fuming. The atmosphere was chaotic, bins and cup returns overflowing. Clearly this place is under staffed at peak times but that’s also not my problem. I wasted 20+ minutes at this location to receive two wrong orders and I wont be returning. First impressions are everything and this place failed.
Busy but Clean
It's amazing that the seats and tables of the cafe were still clean, as we arrived at tea time. When the cafe was very busy.
It's crazily busy, but the standard did not drop. As efficient and tasty as always.
One more Starbucks, I found the staff very friendly here and the fact that it is inside the mall makes it easier to stop by. Usual offering from Starbucks and if you like that, that's what you'll find. All in good conditions

And a general comment: Starbuck’s food options seem to have lower calories and fat than many other chains…
By the time I was served and received my order, the drinks were tepid at best.
There's a clue in the name of the drink as to how its meant to be served "Luxury HOT chocolate ????" my stepdaughter leftover half of her drink because it tasted horrible .
Usually great food and drink, but the triple cake I bought was nearly a month past its best before date.
Order Iced but got hot one, told the staff to that she took my order wrong even i said it clearly and the new one i got there was no syrup in it.
