Poor service.... They take everybody's orders then you all end up at the end of the counter waiting for your drink ... Some one took my drink because they thought it was theirs by the time I got mine my friend was almost finished.
Stopped for a hot drink and to use the toilet facilities, the ladies toilets were like the black hole of Calcutta, the door on one cubicle wouldn't close, there was no toilet paper in another cubicle and the hand drier didn't work either, my husband said the gents toilet floor was wet and smelt of urine, good job the latte was decent !
I'm not a fan of these places but my friend decided he wanted to stop. I can't complain about the service, very polite and friendly. Price was expensive but I wasn't paying so that didn't matter. They could do with somebody to tidy up though. The 2 members of staff were busy serving customers but they could do with somebody else just cleaning up. The place wasn't tidy with dirty tables, seats and flooring. Maybe that's what you have to expect in Starbucks? I don't know...
The worst Starbucks I have ever stepped foot into and I’m a massive Starbucks lover! 5 drinks ordered and only 1 was correctly made. Caramel Mac was fine. 2 cookies and cream ordered, one large and one small, one with coffee one without…both came small and neither had coffee. 1 large strawberry and cream and one large caramel frap with no coffee, strawberry and cream comes as a small and caramel frap came with coffee. How can they get it so wrong ????????????????. Avoid and go to another Starbucks unless you like waiting ages (when it’s not busy at all) and you want the wrong drink!!! Young girl and older tall guy with beard!
Desperately need to update closing times- consistently differ than those advertised here and in the premises window. Have been let down more than once. Being greeted with a ‘sorry we’re closed’ sign doesn’t soften the blow. Favourite Starbucks to visit otherwise.
A great Starbucks like most. A little confused on the entrance but manageable if you drive all the way around.
It was clean well presented and the staff were excellent. We took a takeaway and it didn't take too much time at all
Coffee tasted burnt, person serving didn't understand the word medium, was quite surly and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Toilets filthy and no toilet paper. Worts Starbucks I've been in!
A great little place to stop for a coffee on the way to the ferry ports on the west coast. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy.
