Great location, good opening hours, since some places close at 4. As usual though, there is a wait to be served, so if you have time to wait, it's a good coffee, if not...
We had to clear the table to sit down. Handed the dirty cups to the server, she didn't smile or say thanks. I didn't hear what she said when I paid for drinks, I asked her and she just pointed to the end of the counter, I thought she was rude. The cafe didn't look very clean, a few tables needed clearing
Nice looking store with loads of seating and plenty of comfy chairs. Service was friendly at the till but slow and sullen after that. Needed less staff behind the counters so tables and floor could have been cleaned.
Lovely staff, always chatty and happy. Great drinks, can get very busy on a weekend and there is a wait but you can see they're trying their best.
Can't comment on food or drinks. I met friends there, it was a really hot day, the Aircon was a plus. For me it was a bit clattery and it seemed to smell of sour milk. I'm sensitive to noise and smell so it could just be me.

Polite staff. There isn’t always the best choice of items/low stock available in the fridge - I’ve been a few times on separate occasions & it seems to be a common thing I’ve noticed, maybe they just sell out very fast - I also noticed it’s the same on the cakes/cookies section.

The slowest Starbucks, been there 4 or 5 times, always the same. Friendly enough, but these guys wouldn’t cut it in a city Starbucks, maybe that shows ave age of punters more than the staff, only one person making everything from coffee to frappa…
