Dirty tables and floor at 10am! No one else in when arrived. No queue.
Staff nice and polite.
But short staffed...only two on...and drive through busy! Took 20mins to get coffee and a Strawberry frozen drink for my daughter. Sat in.
Such a shame as used to love coming here.
I've been using this establishment for the last 4 or 5 years, it's been getting progressively worse over this time, sometimes the doors are locked even when their plate deems them to be open, they struggle to get even the most simple coffee order correct nowadays, sometimes even when asking for syrups and having a sticker on the cup they'll still forget. Also most staff in this establishment superheat the milk to a point it burns the coffee. At £4 per drink, being served coffee that's burnt really isn't good enough.
Overall the staff are friendly but are severely understaffed, the food is over priced for what you get and the drinks are abysmal, head to Greg's next door at least the coffee isn't burnt.
Do not go here for a catch up or longer stay, their car park is managed by Eurocarpark and will fine you £90 if you stay too long.
Only use the drive through, Eurocarpark are notorious for taking your money and refusing appeals, so don't risk it.
As lovely as usual. Staff, one guy, is smart enough to recognize my face while all of them can't take the time to tell me what products are our of stock before starting making my order in person. The latte and cappuccino forth is as big as the Himalaya and it shouldn't be like this. It shows the coffee culture is totally broken.
Had a great time here. Good tunes, good vibes and great coffee. Splendid.
Honestly giving up on this place. Drive through lane shut over 90 minutes before closing (in rather grotty weather, not helpful for those with mobility issues either) and not even any cold drinks as they've "run out of ice"
Severe disappointment
Getting very expensive, food is boring and expensive, tables full of used dirty cups and plates, had to clean table before I could use it. People sat using laptops with one cup of coffee rooted to best table in place. Not bother going back.
Totally bewildering. But OMG what a choice. I'm a massive Mellow Birds fan, so I was well out of my comfort zone. But once I'd calmed down I settled on an Americano. Beautiful!!!
Sorry Mellow Birds, I'm a real coffee drinker now.
