Decent service, pleasant staff and by far the best looking Starbucks in Edinburgh. Loved their interior. Spacious and modern! Plenty of parking space and outdoor seating. Good selection of pastries and sous-vide dishes.
Worst Starbucks I've been too.

Terrible.
Ordered a dairy free hot chocolate and they added dairy cream on the top. These businesses need to understand they can kill people doing things like this. Luckily I could smell the sourness as I opened it.
I would usually avoid Starbucks as their coffee is non-existent and mostly milk. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was spot on. I did get an extra shot, but it's still very good ????
Descent service coffee was okay. This new shop is light and airy due to the large windows with ample seating. Albeit strangely unwelcoming. The layout is muddled, the queue starts at the further most point of the counter, meaning you have to squeeze past those waiting to be served. Then there's the toilets. Small individuals, cramped with oversized sinks. Totally impractical, place must have been designed by a teeny tiny person who doesn't like right angles or understand process flow.
Eco friendly, beautifully fitted Starbucks but very busy place.
The reason for 3 stars, I have ordered tall (second from small) cappuccino but they gave me the 3 rd or 4th size, but they poured 2nd amount of coffee and lots of milk. But this happened after 10 mins of wait, wait because they were preparing online orders and put me on hold. I understand the reason being wrong cup, I didn’t raise this issue because another 2 delivery drivers were waiting outside so I left the place with the cup.
Could be better if they have separate place for online or enough people to deal with the orders.
I feel sorry for the staffs.
Went in for coffee and bite to eat.
The shop was quiet customer wise. I took seat while my wife ordered - two coffees,two toasties, two tray bakes. The table I sat down at although cleared had not been wiped, still crumbs and cup rings. I looked around table next to one I was at still had left overs on it so stayed where I was. The order came in dribs and drabs. I'm glad I was sitting down when I was told the cost of the order- £23. The food and drink were no better than OK. The shop was nice and new with plenty of space between tables there seemed to be plenty of staff but overall the service was poor.
I do like Starbucks coffee but on this occasion whilst my order was in quickly, it took a whopping 20 minutes to get the coffee. The staff were doing their best but that's just too long to wait for a coffee. It's a clean and tidy place but lacking in atmosphere. It's a shame.
