The staff are kind and quick. The app is very handy as they always have it ready for when you arrive, and the whole process is very seamless! The road is slightly awkward as you join onto a 50 with a short slip, but it is very manageable and not the busiest road ever.
Really great staff !! ???? Hardworking and lovely. Very yummy drink. The inside is super clean and spacious. There isn’t enough parking for those who need it and I feel that staff can be really stretched as there are too many orders and not enough people.
Roadside Starbucks with the standard UK menu but interior is above the usual, latest fit out with art, warm finishes - and a working fire place.

Wonderful coffee pit stop! It's like an alpine resort, with its real flame fire and wooden floors and furniture. It is quite pricey but you get what you pay for and if like me you don't like the overcrowded feel of motorway services then this is perfect. There is a drive thru and lots of indoor seating. A huge range of snacks, pastries, breakfast baps, panninis, etc. The toilets are large and clean, the staff are friendly, the whole place has a good quality feel to it.
A nice open Starbucks...BUT I stayed in the parking lot for a bit over 90 minutes and got a 100 Pounds fine!!! NOT good...didn´t see any signs posted to be aware of the time limit. Be wary of your length of stay.
One of the best Starbucks I've been to. Clean throughout.
Absolute shambles - as a customer of Starbucks and spending near £20 in there for breakfast I was hit with a £60 fine for using their car park! The signs are scarce and non of the staff mention the car park rules. Avoid this place. A joke that as a customer there is a limit on how long you can stay there.
