Staff are mostly friendly. Good at cleaning. They have comfortable seats and desks suitable for working. It also consists of spacious facades. There is a 24-hour Drive true service in front of it. There is a parking area for the disabled. They just need to improve on sound.
Went for a late night drink, one of the staff members Zara recommended a different drink as I was indecisive. Her choice was amazing. There was also another work colleague who was absolutely lovely. Customer service here is amazing :)
From the moment I step through the glass doors, I'm embraced by an ambience fit for a daydream. Sunlight streams through the windows, casting a golden glow upon the exquisitely arranged furniture, each piece as charming as the next. Soft music plays, a melody that dances with the gentle hum of conversation, creating a symphony of serenity.
But the true magic lies in the celestial beings behind the counter. The baristas, with their angelic smiles and welcoming demeanour, are the maestros of this symphony. They craft each beverage with the precision of an artisan and the passion of a poet, transforming simple ingredients into liquid masterpieces.
Decided on a late night drive as needed my coffee fix, and who wants to be making coffee at home. At midnight.
The two ladies that were on shift were brilliant, friendly and in great spirits I can’t imagine working through the night but so happy that I found a semi local 24 hr Starbucks!!!
It's seems to be the only Starbucks locally I seem to have multiple problems with. One bad experience you ignore and move on, but now it's been a few times where drinks haven't been made correctly and service has been poor. We will avoid moving forward.
Really unhappy with service. My food was prepared like it would be for dog! Employee/s clearly have no value for customer care. Spoke to Hardeep, the manager, who was accepting no responsibility and passing the blame on. No apology, no acknowledgement! Clearly doesn't know what the meaning of a manager is and what the role entails and needs more training by professionals, which explains the staff poor service.
Fare was what you would expect from Starbucks,but the visit was seriously marred by the state of the roads and the car park surrounding the shop and in the estate. Massive holes in the road surface and sunken drains are a hazard for vehicles and if you are taking drinks away you need a passenger to hold them safely or you will end up with coffee and any other drink covering the floor and seats of your car.
Quite a wait for service considering the car park was quiet.
Luckily I had my card because no cash allowed despite the hospitality industry allowed to trade for outdoor services from today. I enquired as to why no cash and was told that the business is probably not going back to cash.
A lot slower than getting a coffee from the McDonald's drive thru!
The Flat White coffee was good and cost £2.85.
Until the service becomes more flexible I'll try other value for money takeaways
