Nice place off motorway-quiet place! The best served Caramel Macchiato taste! One negative thing is they let dogs in as you can see on the floors and table there are animal hairs. Spacious car park with countryside views
Be careful when ordering on the mobile app. This is twice now I’ve ordered in the morning and staff have failed to show up for work and the store is closed having accepted my order.
Considering this Starbucks is on one of the busiest roads in Surrey, being closed due to staff not showing up for work it’s pretty barbaric.
Now sitting outside the store with a huge queue outside waiting for staff to turn up.
It's a very convenient stop for petrol and an Marks and Spencer food. Coffee is good. Staff are good. Free WiFi.
What let's this place down are the toilets which can only be described as disgustingly grim. I have never found them to be clean whenever we have stopped here. They are to be avoided and used only in a dire emergency.
Soul Coffee? More like Soulless coffee! Where they extract every drop of effort from their staff, leaving them drained and bitter like the overpriced coffee. The franchise only care about their profit line and it shows by how they treat there staff. 55p above minimum wage for a supervisor is a joke when they expect the world from you.
Toilets are rotten. Wet floors, stinky, no toilet roll, hand dryer doesn't work, hole in door. Staff were friendly and fast.
The best staff especially the management team and great coffee. Always an interesting selection of music. Unhurried no fuss I work on the road and often customers have set up an "office space" comfortably.
The lock on the accessible toilet has been broken for 3 months +. It was broken by a locksmith! Attempts to get someone back have, reportedly, been ignored. The situation is not acceptable.

Unacceptable for a 'services'. (Ripley services on A3 northbound).
And this was about 6 30pm on a Sunday. Imagine the queue for the loos on a busy Saturday!!
No fruit toast left sadly....my favourite.
Just had a packet of crisps and a gingerbread latte.
By the time I got back from the loo....you need your receipt with the code on to get into the toilet....my gingerbread latter's luke warm and the cream gad dissolved. Tasted OK but not my best Starbucks experience.
