Pretty big, quite popular and service at reasonable speed.
The downside is the staff seems not very familiar with their products. I asked for fruit toast, but they took a min to figure out which product I was asking for. They also don’t have the little cap for the drinking outlet, which other Starbucks stores offer to prevent spills for takeaway orders.
Overall, the staff doesn’t seem to be well trained and friendly. Recommend the muffin store 10m away. Staff there is way more friendly.
Holy epic sauce!! (really. the coffee sauce is good stuff) I went here two days this 3 day weekend. The cold brew was underwhelming flavour wise but the iced coffee was definitely EPIC. SAUCE! ????????☕ Lots of flavour in there. The cold brew just tasted like a regular (tasty) cold brew instead of "clotted cream fudge with white chocolate sauce" with that kinda name we did expect more flavour. The table was cleaned for us which was appreciated ???????? hope to grab an iced PSL here soon ???????? signing off, Boots... ☕????????
Update been back again for my first pumpkin spice latte of the year. BEN made my coffees with speed.. precision..and perfection. Noticed him my previous visits as well thank you for your epic coffee skills ????????
The toilets here are horrific. I've needed to use the toilet twice whilst dining in the cafe and they've been dirty everytime.
The cakes are over priced and often taste stale. The staff always show you a tremendous deal of attitude and im not sure why, underpaid and over worked perhaps.
Favourite study spot, food and drinks are always delicious, the staff is lovely with amazing + fast service and the atmosphere is very friendly!
It's a coffee shop in a shopping centre it's clean and fairly tidy staff were ok not rude
The staff are always polite and friendly and I can't think of a time I've ever not enjoyed my drink, or had it made other than perfectly. Karolina in particular was really helpful in accomodating my odd request to put my drink in insulated flasks.
I am here on a vacation from Toronto Canada. Being a Starbucks Gold Card member I must say the is the worst customer service experience ever. The location was in such a mess and looked unsanitary for serving food. I asked for a Pike coffee and twice got the wrong drink. When I asked for what I ordered that manager gave me an attitude. She said she needed refund my money for the late and charge me more for 2 Americana coffees as she did not feel like making a fresh pot of Pike coffee. The worst part was the the coffee we did end up getting was not even hot.
Like any other Starbucks.

Usual scenery of laptops out and work mode commencing and ample Teams meetings happening around us. Ample.plugs and good WiFi signal.
Coffee was of typical Starbucks standards.
Seating could do with a good clean as they were looking on the dirty side with stains from spilt drinks..
