I use this Starbucks several times a week, most weeks.
The staff are lovely, helpful, and the atmosphere is great.
I am Always met with a smile and the place is nice and clean.
Is it possible to go wrong by going to a Starbucks? Not for me it isn’t, and this one is perfectly okay too.
A very welcome break halfway between Leicester and Kings Lynn, where there aren’t too many places available to stop at.
Not overly friendly staff, but did her job well enough.. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed, especially for a quiet drink with a friend..

Don’t know how to make custom drinks. Maybe if the staff spend more time serving and less time on their phones that might help. A complete embarrassment to the Starbucks brand.
Nice to visit a relatively quiet coffee shop for a shop. Free ample parking too.
Very welcoming environment, excellent and friendly staff from Mia, Morgan and Natalie.
Service abysmal - waited at the counter for a good 5/10 minutes before even being acknowledged by the barista, despite it being practically empty. Whilst another staff member was doing what I believed was a "stock-check" (refilling biscuit containers and taking photos?) right in front of me, again, no acknowledgement of my existence that I was there or letting her colleague know that I was waiting to be served. Literally no communication or interaction between staff members, very poor atmosphere.
Be warned also if you use the toilet facilities, chances are there is no toilet roll available (I think it's BYO).
Drinks / food, overpriced and pretentious, poor quality, as expected from Starbucks so nothing unusual there.
