I use this starbucks quite regularly, but I have an issue with the store not accepting cash.
I've dined in (poor service), and I use the drive thru, which is quite often a poor service, but I keep on returning because I love the coffee.
The staff seem to be poor in customer service delivery, I don't want to assume why; but there's only a couple that seem pleasant. The rest, well, they treat you as though you're a burden and have absolutely no interest in you whatsoever- which is odd for a customer facing based role.
Additionally. To drink in, you will have to clean your own table before you sit at it.
It was just OK really. Toilet was in need of a good clean with paper on floor and none flushed pan. It was generally a bit lacking on the atmosphere front. Just basic. Staff were 'getting on with their jobs' but were not in any way exceptional. It did its job but that was all. Looked a bit 'tired'.Felt it was on the way down rather than on the way up.
Visited today and had such a lovely caramel macchiato. Lady who served me was so pleasant, we even shared a laugh.
i ordered an iced matcha from here and i received it hot, matcha wasnt mixed properly either and was lumpy. wouldnt normally go to a chain for matcha but i was really craving one overall upsetting and a waste of £7.
Comfortable very clean speed of service is depending on how busy it is normally from order to sitting down with order 4/5 mins staff very pleasant always parking WiFi consistent dog friendly
Freezing cold air con on full so we kept our coats on and the coffees did not stay hot. Hardly any people in but every single free table was covered in dirty dishes and chairs covered in dog hair. Espresso served in a paper cup even though we were sitting in. No toilet paper in the toilet. We got 5 drinks at £20 - (which I knew what I was getting and I was okay with that) I expect a nice environment to go with it.
Man, know little BSL is awesome. And I love that stylish build and view garden in corner window sit.
We had two cups of Latte that were both perfect. The staff are very friendly, the service is prompt and the cafe was spotless. Best of all though, they let our mastiff in with us.
