Visited this Starbucks branch twice on a day trip and staff has been friendly. Drinks were made in good time and as someone with allergy, the manager made sure staff were aware.

Coffee was fine ..however toilets are a disgrace...visit every Friday and those toilets don't look like they have been cleaned ever...many people have complained so why is nothing being done
The food is great, sickly and very high priced but good. The service was amazing because me and my friend went in and she spilled her hot chocolate and they understood amazingly, we also got 2 drinks and a cake pop for free! - because my card wouldn't work so they gave it to us for free, thanks for that! The atmosphere is so posh and very cosy, I love it, would recommend going!
COFFEE TASTES BURNED AND NASTY
how can you possibly have such low staff ability standards as to burn the coffee? It tastes bitter and nasty.
Starbucks legit had ONE job to do. How do they mess it up? Time and time again.
I’ve been to this branch enough times. Always same issues. Badly made coffee, Inattentive staff, Toilets unclean and without TP even when asking them to replace.
I wouldn’t care so much if I wasn’t paying legitimately top dollar prices. For £6+ a coffee. You expect the best. Not some badly made low standard piffle.
Probs get better quality coffee using the Costa machine in the garage across the road at this rate. Won’t be back.
Called off for a cuppa and they weren't quite open, so the lad opened up and served a cuppa. 11 out of 10 for customer service. Well done from me
I can't comment on the food I've never had any there. However their coffee is lovely and vanilla frapechino is so nice. It's always been lovely and clean and an easy stop off when travelling to and from Newcastle. Nice clean toilet facilities to.
I think there might have been a staff shortage when we visited. There were long queues, and tables not cleared. Toilets not that clean either. The staff did not appear to be over exerting themselves tbh. All male.
As usual, right on the roadside,(A69), handy for East to West traffic links, or West to East!. Large car park, filling station with a Spar shop across the road.
